24/7 Balancing Management Operations and Reporting Services

The electricity market operates around the clock—and with our help, so can you. Our control room enables continuous market monitoring, production control, and trading for companies whose production and/or consumption doesn’t end at office hours.

Our service includes real-time market monitoring as well as production supervision and control. We update forecasts and plans as conditions change, and we handle Day-Ahead (DA) market trading on your behalf. When needed, we also conduct intraday trading—both in the continuous market (ID) and in intraday auction rounds (IDA). ID trading is carried out either algorithmically through an automated trading robot or manually by a control room operator.


In the reserve markets, we manage the bidding process and ensure the execution of balancing actions. We also handle the publication of UMM (Urgent Market Message) notifications in accordance with regulations. Additionally, we provide Gas Exchange Trading Services for both the current day and the next day.
